Buying a home does not by itself grant residency. It can count towards one route.

What it gives

For passive residency, the home can count towards the minimum investment of €1,000,000. A deposit of €50,000 is also required, and at least 90 days a year in the country.

What it does not give

  • A right to work in Andorra.
  • Active residency, which depends on employment or a business.
  • Exemption from foreign investment authorisation for non-residents.
